This Privacy Policy explains how P&L Outdoor Solutions LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Foremano, our application and website (the “Service”).

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, business details you provide when signing up.
• Business data you enter — your clients, jobs, estimates, invoices, messages, photos, and similar records you create in the Service.
• Payment information — processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, and basic analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and subscriptions.
• To send service-related communications (and, where you enable it, messages to your clients on your behalf).
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Service providers

We share data only with vendors that help us run the Service, under their own terms:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Twilio — text messaging.
• SendGrid — email delivery.
• Clerk — authentication.
• Neon / Netlify — database hosting and application hosting.
• Cloudflare — file and photo storage and content delivery.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your clients' data

When you use Foremano to manage and message your clients, you are the controller of that data and are responsible for having the necessary consent (including for SMS/email). We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as a processor. If you require a data processing agreement, see our Data Processing Addendum.

Authorized access to your account

Our authorized personnel may access your account and data only where reasonably necessary to (a) provide support you request, (b) operate, secure, and maintain the Service (for example, diagnosing an error or investigating suspected abuse), or (c) comply with law or a valid legal request. Such access is limited to what is necessary, restricted to authorized personnel, and logged. Where we offer an in-product option to grant support access to your account, we will access it in that way with your consent; otherwise access is governed by this policy and our Terms.

Data retention & security

We retain your data while your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and tenant isolation so one business cannot access another's data.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@foremano.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
