Do I need a credit card to start?+
Yes — you add a card to start your 14-day free trial, but you won't be charged until day 14. Cancel anytime before then and you pay nothing.
How many users do I get?+
Each plan includes a set number of users — Core up to 3, Pro up to 10, Command up to 25 — with no per-seat fees within your plan. You pay for the plan, not per head. Every person counts once, whether they're office staff or field crew.
What if my team is bigger than that?+
You just move up a plan as you grow — Command+ covers up to 75, and larger crews get a custom plan sized to your team (book a call). You'll never get nickel-and-dimed per seat.
What's an AI action, and what if I run out?+
An AI action is any time the software does AI work for you — drafting an estimate or a collections message, answering in Ask Foremano, reading a bill, or planning a route. Each plan includes a monthly pool shared by your whole team (Core 500, Pro 1,500, Command 3,000, Command+ 4,500). Normal use rarely comes close. If you do hit it, the rest of Foremano keeps working and your pool refills on the 1st — or move up a plan any time for a bigger pool.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
